Want to place an order with us? Follow the steps below:

1 – Cart:
Check the contents of your order in the shopping cart. At this stage you have the possibility to modify the quantities of the items and add a promotional code.

2 – Customer information:
Enter your personal details to finalise your order.

3 – Delivery:
We offer secure delivery of your order.

4 – Payment:
Choose from our different payment options the one that suits you best.

5 – Order confirmation:
Once you have completed all the steps, make sure you get to this step to confirm that you saved your order. You will also receive a confirmation by email or SMS (if you have provided your phone number) with your order reference.

Order processing times
On average, the processing time for an order is 48 hours. Please note that orders are prepared from Monday to Friday, when all products are available.

Delivery
Delivery times to UK and Europe:
For deliveries to UK and Europe, please allow 10-20 working days, including the processing of your order, manufacture of the products and delivery. We do our best to deliver to you quickly without compromising the quality of our items. Delivery is free of charge.

Worldwide delivery times:
For international shipments, delivery time is 14 to 21 business days worldwide. We also offer free delivery worldwide.

Delivery cost
Our secure delivery is FREE in mainland UK and worldwide (except overseas territories).

Order tracking
Once you have placed your order, you will automatically receive an order number by SMS (if you have provided your telephone number) or email. Use this order number on our tracking platform to follow the progress of your parcel. Please note that tracking information may take 5 to 10 working days to be updated.

Problems with order tracking
If you have entered your order number on our tracking platform and no information appears, don’t worry. Sometimes it can take 5-10 business days for the carrier to update the tracking information. If the problem persists, please contact our customer service for further assistance.

Missing items in your order
If you ordered multiple items and only received part of them, don’t worry. We work with multiple bonded warehouses, which can result in items being delivered in multiple orders. You will receive the rest of your order later.

Non-receipt of your order
If you have not yet received your order, first check the status of your package on our tracking platform. If you have additional questions, please contact our customer service by email at admin@dish-drainer.uk

Debiting your card after placing the order
The amount due will be debited from your card within 24 hours of placing your order.

Payment declined
If your payment has been declined, first check the expiry date of your credit card and make sure you have not reached your card’s spending limit. For more information, please contact your bank.

Discount codes
Except in exceptional cases, we only accept one discount code per order.

Returns and refunds
Returning an item:
If you wish to return your order or an item for X reason, you have 14 working days from receipt of your order. Returned items must be new, unworn and unwashed. Please note that we will inspect returned items to verify their condition.

To find out how to make a return, please send an email to admin@dish-drainer.uk stating your request and your order number.

All package returns made after the legal withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of delivery are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.

Refund Policy
Our refund policy is to refund the full amount of the returned item within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. The refund will be made according to the payment method used during the initial order.

My refund does not appear on my statement
If your rebate does not appear on your statement after 14 business days, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
